Alexandra Hill crash victims identified as pregnant woman Kate Leadbetter and her partner Matty Field

A couple killed after a stolen car allegedly driven by a teenager crashed into them have been identified as pregnant woman Kate Leadbetter and her partner Matty Field.

The deaths of the Redlands couple has caused reverberations across the local Queensland community.

Leadbetter, 31, was an interior stylist and Field, 37, worked in fabrications, according to their social media profiles.

They had been together for about four years, social media posts indicated.

They lived in Alexandra Hills, where they were walking on Tuesday afternoon with their dog when they were fatally struck.
